Eric Graves
President, CEO and Independent Insurance Agent
Born and Raised in Dallas, TX. Eric is a Graduate of Highland Park High School, 2003 and the University of Arizona in 2008 (Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Sustainable Development). After college Eric spent several years working in Commercial Real Estate industry in Dallas, TX and Scottdale, AZ. He was successful helping clients strategically manage their real estate portfolios.
In 2013, Eric moved to commercial insurance and was the Assistant Vice President of Small Business and Marketing for a regional Managing General Agent (MGA). Shortly, thereafter he became a Commercial Insurance Property Broker. Helping clients place hard to place business (Apartments, Condominium Associations, Shopping Centers, Self-Storage, Churches, Hotels, Shopping Centers & Retail, Office Buildings, Warehouse, Manufacturers & Distributors, Marinas, and School Districts, etc.) Eric helped insurance agent’s place business with the Domestic Admitted and Non-Admitted Markets and Lloyds of London. Eric’s contributes his success to his relationships with agency owners and underwriters.
April of 2018, Eric decided to leave the Wholesale & MGA Insurance Market and pursue the agency side of the business. Eric’s integrity and enthusiasm helps him protect his clients personal and commercial risks and insurability. For years, Eric noticed a void in the industry and took the leap. Eric understands the value of relationships and partnerships with insured’s, underwriters, and carriers.
“We can help insureds navigate the marketplace more efficiently and effectively and more importantly understand the value of insurance. We may not always be the cheapest but we aim to protect our client’s at the time of a loss. It’s not a matter of if a loss will happen, it’s when.”
In his free time, he spends time with his family, hanging out with friends, playing golf, and traveling.

Jordan Hudspith
Vice President – Manager Commercial and Personal Lines
Jordan grew up in Dallas, TX before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Texas A&M University. Following graduation, Jordan moved back to Dallas and got her start in insurance through a marketing position with a Managing General Agent. She spent a year visiting independent agents all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area, learning about the needs of businesses and private property owners in the insurance marketplace. Combining that experience with her knowledge of various Carriers and their risk profiles has equipped Jordan to confidently speak on behalf of clients in order to provide them with the best service possible when negotiating terms.
In 2017, Jordan started her career as an Independent Agent selling both personal and commercial insurance. Jordan’s precision and attention to detail help ensure that her client’s most valuable assets, whether personal or commercial, are protected fully and are offered the best coverage available.
In her free time, Jordan loves spending time with her family and 2 dogs, Honey and Mia. She loves to read, travel and watch Aggie Football.
